How it works
Our T&Cs are as straight forward as is our service. If you have pre-sales questions, simply drop us an eMail to support@websites-for-namibia or use the live chat on this website. Once ready, you can simply order through our form on this website. You will get a confirmation with EFT banking details: 50 % upfront, 50 % once you are happy with the website and it goes live. No VAT applicable at this stage (we are also a SME :-)) We will discuss any questions with you during the webdesign process via eMail or live chat. Sorry, no telephone, fax or other old-school communication channels. This would balloon our costs and in the end you will have to pay more for the product. Even after your website is online and our relationship basically came to an end, feel free to contact us for any questions around your website.
